CRIME OCCURED MARCH 17, 2010

My name is Lauren Gay Casper and I am the victim of the most horrific and life destroying crime at the hands of public officials in Carroll County Arkansas and Wake County North Carolina. I have irrefutable, beyond any shadow of a doubt proof of evidence tampering/ falsification, kidnapping, extortion and the worst kinds of criminal and insane public corruption but I can’t get anyone to investigate the very obvious and easy to prove evidence that I have. I was sent completely falsified evidence, ODD AS THAT SOUNDS THIS IS THE VERY EASY TO PROVE CASE. I HAVE INCLUDED THE EVIDENCE HERE, IT IS SO OVER THE TOP OBVIOUSLY FALSIFIED AND BY A DISEASE OR DEFECTED MENTALLY ILL SEX OFFENDING MALE THAT THERE IS JUST NO NOT SEEING AND UNDERSTANDING IT AS SUCH. I have uploaded all of it to the Dropbox account here and it should have been day one very easy to prove. Please EVERYONE AND ANYONE take the time to go over it and send it to the crime lab and verify identity and background checks and prove what I am saying before dismissing me here, ALSO USE THIS CASE AS A GOOD EXAMPLE AND WAY TO INVESTIGATE THE HORRIFIC CRIMINAL CORRUPTION I HAVE BEEN THE VICTIM OF TRYING TO REPORT AND GET HELP, PROTECTION AND PROSECUTION FOR THE MAN/MEN THAT FALSIFIED THE EVIDENCE HERE AND KIDNAPPED ME. This is a very real situation. It very much happened and is still happening to me and I am the individual who has been and is being monstrously victimized and I am in very great danger and the situation is exactly as I am describing, which the evidence proves with minimal investigation. Again, there is no arguing with the facts here, they are written in stone or in heavy breathing mentally ill male sex offender. I was simply kidnapped by the man that obviously has serious mental issues and is a sex offender and a criminal that falsified all the bizarre evidence here and I continue to be terrorized by him through the state. Ignoring this or brushing it off is a monstrous crime also. By ignoring this or saying it is someone else’s department I was kidnapped and tortured again, wrongfully imprisoned with the lowest criminal malice and corruption for a crime I didn’t commit. I fear for my, everything in this. I am constantly and have been stalked and threatened as I have documented over the many years of this terrible terrible ongoing lowest and most ridiculous crime. Please someone everyone investigate, prove the very easy and obviously falsified just completely offending and insane quality evidence in my case I was sent here. I will continue to be the victim of the most monstrous life destroying lowest state offending and corruption related crime and incredibly criminal intimidation, stalking, kidnapping, they all still want to SEND ME BACK, ARREST AND IMPRISON ME THEN TRANSPORT ME EXPEDITE ME BACK TO ARKANSAS AS DESCRIBED AND DOCUMENTED FOR EVERYONE WHO HAS SEEN THIS FOR YEARS TO THE GUYS, THAT COURT IN CARROLL COUNTY ARKANSAS, THIS IS OUT OF THAT FALSIFIED THIS TOTALLY SCARY INSANE, LOWEST OFFENDING AND CRIMINAL EVIDENCE HERE. Unless someone investigates and arrests the criminals that falsified this evidence, kidnapped me and did all of the everything, the rest here to me I, it will continue, as it did through this horrific arrest, car theft of a brand new $25,000 car and incredibly brutal evil and longest wrongful imprisonment of the last year of 2021. I will be and am still in no justice but danger from these purely evil men and corruption in the state. Please use this case as a way to map, because it is such an easy and over the top case of just purely criminal corruption and offending as brutal and audacious as possible but the case and extremely easy to prove, but use this case as a way to investigate the rest of the horrific crime, evil and corruption I faced, endured and endured as a totally nice ordinary normal completely innocent law abiding, college educated, sober, completely sane women, I have never had any mental health problems outside of THE GUY THAT FALSIFIED THE EVIDENCE HERE AS I TRY TO REPORT THEM SAYING I DO. I am an upper middle class, world traveled, no one has ever called the police about me in my life but still INVESTIGATE IT FOR YOUR SELF THE CORRUPTION IN THE STATES INFRASTRUCTURE HERE AS TO OPERATIONS AND PEOPLE AND THINGS HARBORED IN IT IS LOCKED DOWN NO MATTER WHAT AND BEYOND EVIL AND WILL OFFEND ANYWHERE with no concern because there is no where to get higher authority actually, they just want to lie and defame you and make you disappear and it is with the lowest and most twisted malice and personal offending intent and interaction as you have all seen in my many years documenting everything. There is nowhere to actually get help and they will just take you and no one would normally know? But PROVE IT FOR YOURSELF, EVERYONE IN ALL LAW ENFORCEMENT, COURTS, WATCHDOGS, UNIVERSITIES, JOURNALISM, GOVERNMENT, INDIVIDUALS ETC. Prove the level of horrific lowest offending criminal corruption that these men that have committed all this crime against myself have operated under all these years as I try to report the most ridiculous evil just CRIME here. For everyone who has gotten this throughout, I started sending this out and as soon as I got the evidence here in 2013 I took it to every office in the Wake County Courts, the local law enforcement, probation office, FBI, every office in Arkansas and I was told by every office that they could not even look at this evidence in the most corrupt and criminal low ways that it was NO SERIOUSLY A STATES RIGHTS ISSUE UHH? TEST THIS FOR YOURSELF EVERYONE CALL AROUND WITH MY CASE AND INVESTIGATE BECAUSE IT IS SUCH A RIDICULOUS, HORRIFIC AND EASY TO PROVE ONE, but it was a closed case and it wasn’t their jurisdiction and I have been as roughly, criminally and offendingly retaliated against as possible as I have documented for everyone throughout. Of course, by 2015 EVERYONE ON THE PLANET OR AMERICAN GOVERNMENT RELATED FIELDS, I HAD SENT THEM A COPY, HAD A COPY OF THIS.

I of course know all the evidence is falsified and that I did nothing at all, a man I did not know and a woman ten years older than myself assaulted me who it turns out are repeat adult offenders with serious drug problems and I did nothing. I know for sure of course and have since day one, I am a very normal law-abiding sober ordinary woman who has never been in a physical fight even. I know I was being assaulted and I was trying to get my purse and things that had been knocked out of my purse onto the ground and I had these two meth and heroin or something junkies attacking me. I did not know the man past any point or had any interest in him, he’s not a good-looking man, very average joe at best to very homely and a dirty crackhead now. I had lived in Colorado from 2002 to 2007 and was simply traveling back there, these people are so strange in the state but they do checks and there are public records of myself in Colorado from 2002 to Summer 2007. I like Colorado better as an area to live, uhh how has Raleigh NC been in this yikes but my family lives in Raleigh. But I had $4000 dollars in the bank in cash from working, a credit card of course with a $2000 limit on it and I was getting $200 a week in unemployment at the time of the assault. Also my father as you can see made $300,000 a year for years, I am actually a well off woman. I had graduated college with great grades from NC State. I had an apartment where a friend had lived in the Boulder Co area picked out I had called and I knew exactly how much it cost and that it was fine and in a good neighborhood. I just knew Mr. Crider from Facebook and many years before and of course had not thought about him once in the many years. He had sent me a friends request on Facebook and when I had known him through a college we were in together in Southern Pines 9 years before he had lived next to a golf course in a $500,000 house like myself and family and his father taught business and accounting math part time at the school we in together because his father had an MBA. I couldn’t tell at the time we were in school together almost ten years before, he was majoring in business math and golf and sports management but he is practically deformed and definitely now has physical handicaps but when he was 20, the last time I had had any in person or any at all prior to the six months we had been communicating before the 2010 assault you can’t tell who is awkward and going grow out of it and who is a mildly handicapped drug user. They gave him a super macho makeover in the sex offending falsified evidence here but he was a drippy, not attractive with like some physical deformities he might grow out of, somewhat quiet, strange and relatively sober, creepy a bit guy maybe he seemed more sober because his father was at the school and he was just getting into drugs at 20.

He lied completely about his drug use, I do no drugs and I did not think of heroin and meth because it’s like crack cocaine or something to me involves needles right? or very low-class taboo. But apparently, he had become a heroin junkie and is mildly handicapped even, he was like deformed looking slightly at 20 and strange but and the woman he was divorcing at the time that in all ordinary appropriate, because I was busy working, finishing college and was a beautiful happy nice normal young woman and did not have anything to do with the guy really personally, but in all conversation in 2009 nope he and his very obviously handicapped and physically deformed, she has a pronounced hair lip and facial deformities it turned out, then divorcing ex-wife it was a real relationship but they were just friends and she was a good person but she is physically handicapped quite and deformed and she is very obviously a handicapped substance user.

But I knew right away I didn’t even get close to breaking the skin or making any contact with their skin with my old again small like 4 inches open old dinky pocketknife as a completely normal sane upper middle class sober actually very attractive 30-year-old woman. I was just being attacked by like crackheads all of a sudden and it was a bizarre attack on their part as to bobbing and weaving as they apparently randomly online as opposed to in person we really high right then all of a sudden according to all police reports from the time and I was down on the ground after being assaulted by Ms. Fisher who was AGAIN NOT OF COURSE THE WOMAN HERE IN THE CRIME SCENE PHOTOS and ABOUT 175pounds, trying to get them away from me and get away from them and collect my things that had fallen out of my purse. SO, DAY ONE AND THROUGHOUT THIS HAS JUST BEEN AND I KNEW A KIDNAPPING JUST AS WITH ALL THIS AS DOCUMENTED THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO.

But I had sent this out by 2015 to every single county, state and federal possible police, court, news, university, crime lab, government office, international everywhere every staff employee list I added to the email lists and by 2015 EVERY PERSON ON THE EMAIL LISTS HAD A COPY OF THE SITE HERE AND THEN EVERY TIME SOMETHING HAPPENED AND EVERY SIX MONTHS I WOULD GO THROUGH THE WHOLE EMAIL LIST AGAIN, SO EVERY THING THAT HAS HAPPENED AS IT HAPPENED WAS DOCUMENTED AND OBSERVED BY ALL THOSE PEOPLE WHO DO ALSO THEN KNOW EXACTLY WHAT HAS OCCURRED AND WHAT OCCURRED AS IT OCCURRED THROUGHOUT. OH I NEED TO CHANGE THIS ON THE RELEASE PAPER FROM POST 2021 AND I DID ON ONE UPLOADED COPY, BUT OF COURSE THE LOCAL CARY RALEIGH WAKE COUNTY POLICE PRIOR TO THE 2017 ARREST/ HALLOWEEN COMPLETELY WRONGFUL AS OVERALL AGAIN AND THEN HORRIFIC EXPEDITION BACK TO CARROLL COUNTY, BUT THAT WAS AGAIN ONLY BECAUSE THE MONSTER RIDICULOUS CRIMINAL/S IN CARROLL COUNTY HAD CALLED IT IN FOR REPORTING THEM AND BECAUSE THEY WERE LOOSING POWER, THE PROBATION WAS DUE TO BE UP AND THEY HAD BEEN TERRORIZING MYSELF AS EVERYONE SAW. IT WAS ALL JUST ONLY THAT OF COURSE NO OTHER ANYTHING HAD OCCURRED AND NEVER HAS WITH MYSELF BEING THE COMPLETELY NICE NORMAL ORDINARY SANE SOBER VICTIM OF THIS HORRIC CRIME AND CRIMINALS HERE. BUT THE WAKE COUNTY POLICE CAME TO MY FRONT DOOR 4, FOUR TIMES PRIOR THE MONTH OF OCTOBER OF THE HALLOWEEN 2017 ARREST, starting around October 1. Which I immediately got on the Dropbox site here and documented and again EVERYONE by 2015 on the email lists and everywhere had received multiple had copies of and the full Dropbox site here. And then of course when they came to the door around Oct. 1, 2017 for the first time I holed up and went through the ENTIRE EMAIL LIST AGAIN, so it was as documented as possible for absolutely everyone they watched live and understood the situation completely the horrific offending criminal corruption documented completely for all was just so bad that all that and has continued to against my otherwise completely nice normal nothing much happens in all the years and years of sending this site out to everyone every six months.

OH, I KNOW FOR SURE ALSO EVERY SINGLE WORK PLACE THE OFFENDERS HERE, I LISTED ALL THE NUMBERS TO VERIFY THIS, HAS CALLED OVER AND TOLD THEM TO LAY ME OFF so I wouldn’t have any money to get away from believe it or not, AGAIN VERIFY IT YOURSELF IT IS EXTREME CRIME AND INSANITY AND OFFENDING IN THIS AND NOT ON MY PART. THE SSI WAS THE PERPS THING DAY ONE AND COMPLETELY CONTROLLED AND I WAS NOT ABLE TO GET OFF OF IT WHILE ON PROBATION BECAUSE THEY WANTED TO ABUSE AND OFFEND USING MENTAL HEALTH. Even though I am obviously and as everyone has seen and I have had no other problems but completely sane normal and not handicapped at all and I tried at every single probation office visit to report all the crime here and gave them every single time print outs and disks. I made piles of saved to Cd’s and put them with the short and simple and clear as a bell Report here in manila envelopes and gave them out to everyone every single probation office visit. The work places, the SSI is like stalked as I have described really bad just evil boots on the ground welfare pimp’s but they don’t really want you working and not past $1000 a month and there was absolutely nothing, just an absolute prisoner as this totally nice normal innocent victim of the crimes here OMG the offenders in boots on the ground here, but nothing I could to do AS AGAIN EVERYONE HAS SEEN. BUT THEY CALLED OVER TO EVERY PLACE I WORKED APPLIED EVEN AND, VERIFY THIS, AND TOLD THEM TO LAY ME OFF which is what the videos of that are and myself doing nothing in all the pictures of. Off to work, ehh I was running a cash register and a kitchen like at anywhere and I did nothing abnormal for a Starbucks kitchen or any store at all?

I want my life back, I want these guys in prison for a very long time. I want them, all of these monsters, to be charged and prosecuted for all of the crimes they have committed and continue to commit with total malice, intent and impunity against me. Anything you could do would be a help though like sending this evidence into a crime lab for me and confirming evidence tampering and verifying identity with background checks and driver’s license searches, tracking down our “victims” here and confirming that they were the assailants, that they did not have a scratch on them, were harmed in anyway and that all this evidence is falsified that that is NOT Ms. Fisher from the original assault on myself here in ANYWAY and no one has EVER seen these emails before outside of the freak monster, AND IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A SINGLE FREAK MONSTER INSTEAD IT IS ALL THE REST OF THE CORRUPTION AND OFFENDING IN THIS, that falsified the evidence here and that of course all this evidence and the HEAVY BREATHING PHONE CALL SEX OFFENDER MALE uhh FORWARDED EMAILS HAVE NOTHING WHATSOEVER TO DO WITH ANY COMMUNICATIONS HAD BETWEEN MYSELF AND MR. CRIDER, that would be wonderful. ALSO CALL AROUND AND VERIFY AND PIN DOWN ALL THE ON GOING AND EVERYTHING ELSE THAT HAS HAPPENED SINCE AS TO HORRIFIC OFFENDING AGAINST MYSELF AND NOTHING BUT AND WHAT I HAVE DOCUMENTED AND REPORTED TRYING TO GET HELP FROM EVERY OFFICE. AS I have said so many times on here try it with this case yourself. It is worth a thousand words to just get the corruption to do it for you.

I have Ms. Fishers full name up here as Amy Michelle Fisher and birthday as in April, what year I will check again on the police reports but I know she was almost 39 at the time of the crime in 2010 and Mr. Crider’s full name, he should be easy enough to find background checks on as he has the unusual middle name of Paul Mcwhorter Crider, has a March birthday and had just turned 31 when the original incident occurred here on March 17, St. Patrick’s Day 2010.

I was a completely innocent ordinary sane sober beautiful law-abiding sophisticated world traveled upper middle-class woman who had just graduated from North Carolina State University before being assaulted by Ms. Fisher and then Mr. Crider on March 17. 2010 St. Patrick’s Day 2010, all these many years ago for this to, WHILE I REPORT AND REPORTED IT AT EVERY TURN ALL THROUGHOUT the many many years absolutely everywhere BUT AND TO HAVE IT STILL GOING ON.

I have been tortured, kidnapped, wrongfully imprisoned multiple times, stalked to the absolute lowest and highest and most over the top extent, I have had all of my rights under law, civil liberties and human rights violated. I am still receiving consistent conspiracy to murder death threats and am the victim of extreme very very sexual stalking sorry just the facts based stalking absolutely evil and absolutely disgusting overall and lowest criminally twisted with nowhere to report or call 911, AND I AM NOT IMAGINING OR MAKING ANY OF IT UP OF COURSE AS I HAVE DOCUMENTED EVERYTHING ALL THE WAY THROUGH AND WHO WOULD EVEN SAY SUCH A THING AND WITH SUCH LOW PARTY LINE MALICE AND INTENT. THE CRIMINALS, OFFENDING, CORRUPTION AND CRIME IN THIS, as I have documented everything are so unbelievably badly all and have been throughout the many years just the unbelievable offending and against myself in this. I have documented the horror of the corruption and offending and you need to verify what has and overall just the absolutely horrific offending constant and consistent and as evil as can be that has been done to me and the extent of absolutely all of it and the extent of the absolute evil and crime and the just unbelievable evil and offending in our state in this. PROVE it, PROVE ALL THE crime/s all of it I have documented here. I am still afraid I am going to be murdered or that they are going to arrest and wrongfully imprison me again for very lengthy periods as they have gotten away with so incredibly criminally just recently here in 2021 and before.

Again, as to the original and only criminal situation all of this has stemmed from, nothing else whatsoever, I have done absolutely NOTHING ELSE, BEEN IN ANY TROUBLE WITH THE LAW WHATSOEVER IN THE 13 YEARS SINCE BUT I HAVE BEEN CONSTANTLY AND CONTINUOUSLY HORRIFICALLY OFFENDED AGAINST AS A RESULT ONLY OF THIS CRIME OF WHICH I AM THE ABSOLUTE VICTIM OF THE HIGHEST FELONY AND LOWEST CRIMES THAT I CAN GET ABSOLUTELY NO JUSTICE ON INSTEAD THE ABSOLUTE LOWEST CRIME DOCUMENTED HERE HAS BEEN THE RESULT . But the original and only criminal situation this has all stemmed from was I was assaulted a few months after I graduated from college in the middle of Spring break, I wasn’t traveling specifically for that reason BUT, I WAS JUST TRAVELING TO COLORADO where I had lived for four years and I did not know Mr. Crider that well or much at all and was not interested in him or had anything much to do with him. I was assaulted on St. Patrick’s day March 17, 2010 AGAIN ON ST. PATRICK’S DAY 2010 AND I HAD BEEN DRIVING ALL DAY WHILE THE OTHER TWO PARTIES HAD BEEN IN AREA and were very intoxicated, but I was assaulted by two people with substance abuse and violence problems who it appears were high, probably on meth amphetamine or heroin at the scene of the crime. I have no substance abuse problems or any prior problems with the law whatsoever, which I can and have proven over and over again. I was traveling through the Eureka Springs Arkansas area on the way to Boulder Colorado because I was thinking about looking into graduate schools in Colorado. I had lived in Colorado for years and attended Colorado State, included transcripts, before moving back to NC where my family is and I had just graduated from NC State University and was living in Wake County NC.

I was assaulted by a Mr. Paul Mcwhorter Crider a man I had known many years before who lived in the Eureka Springs Arkansas area. Actually, then and by, it is totally off again in the evidence I was sent, I was assaulted by a Ms. Amy Michelle Fisher who tackled me and then Mr. Crider ran up from the driver’s side of his truck because he had lost his driver’s license prior and was driving anyway and Ms. Fisher is what I understand to be his ex-wife’s best friend not a girlfriend of Mr. Crider which is why she is so much older in the police reports here. I had been talking to him long distance and he had lied about his substance use. I wasn’t that interested in him, He wasn’t a great looking guy or ever had been and I didn’t know him or had had any contact with him or thought about him in the almost ten years since we had seen each other in person. I suspected it was sketchy and he had some real just unpleasant creepy person issues HE WAS VERY MUCH COVERING UP and lying and being manipulative because I had no real interest in him and didn’t know him and would have just said no and walked away if he hadn’t been. I would not have wanted anything to do with him if he had acted too unpleasantly and I really did not know anything about the heroin and meth, serious drug use, but when in the Carroll County area I thought what the heck and the incident here occurred at The Crescent Hotel, a very public interesting was on Ghost Hunters tourist destination in the parking lot and at 8:30 at night. I really was just traveling and Carroll County Arkansas was if you look is right on the way back to Boulder Colorado which is how I ended up being assaulted. I remember the actual emails we exchanged and they were about things like hiking and traveling and the beach in NC, again the guy grew up in a upper middle class family with MBA’s and myself working as a makeup counter manager at Belk’s and I was busy finishing up college. I was interested in checking out the Ghost Hunter’s Hotel and it is right on the way like the turn off to get to Boulder up Route 49 through Kansas City Missouri is right there. I had spoken to Mr. Crider the night before as I was driving and he was very like eager for me to stop in Carroll County to see him on my way but then it was a little sketchy meeting in person. He, Mr. Crider, again the male assailant in the case, came from an upper middle-class college educated family in Southern Pines NC and when I had known him many years before he lived next to a golf course with his family. He had looked me up on Facebook by the college we had both been in together in the Southern Pines area ten almost years before. His father was a part time math professor and had a master’s degree in accounting math and Mr. Crider had lied completely about any real drug use which I think he was able to do being from an upper middle-class family but he very much appears to be a drug ADDICT and also mildly handicapped, he was never a macho cool more like a weird hippie but somewhat preppy, when I knew him again in person ten years prior during WHICH TIME I HAD NOT BEEN IN ANY CONTACT WITH HIM WHATSOEVER OR THOUGHT ABOUT HIM, his major was golf and accounting math and he was slightly deformed, more quiet and creepy and not well kept or good looking. Throughout our communications talking to him in the SIX MONTHS PRIOR TO THE ASSAULT ON MYSELF HERE he was pretty self-deprecating and easy going more and we had no communications that were anything because we didn’t really know each other and I hadn’t seen him in eight or nine years and we had mostly just been friends in the college we were in together and I had had other boyfriends.

I was just kidnapped here, tortured, wrongfully imprisoned nothing but criminal offending against myself just crime against myself is all that occurred, it was some form of a monster picking up a college coed by the side of route 40 as to my kidnapping here. Nowhere in the jail where I spent all of my very very long ordeal, please read the report, it details everything, had any windows, the cell up front I was in for eight months, did not leave once except for a weekly shower, didn’t even have a papered over one, but the back area I was in didn’t have any windows either, just an eight by nine feet with three feet for a cement block, a large metal door with a closed slit window in the door and a hole in it and very bright florescent lights left on all the time. I was wrapped in a filthy thing that was mid-thigh length for a month/s. Please read the whole report, you have no idea the monstrosity that is the American criminal justice system in reality in relation to this crime here and trying to get help with it.

When I requested evidence in my case, I was AGAIN sent completely falsified evidence that reads like a heavy breathing phone call from sex offenders anonymous. IT JUST DOES, IT IS JUST THE FACTS, NO IFS AND’S OR BUT’S. THIS IS, ALL OF THIS EVIDENCE HERE, IT IS IN SOME SORT OF MALE SEX OFFENDER, THE SEX OFFENDER/S THAT KIDNAPPED ME. YOUR LOOKING AT THE EVIDENCE HERE IN THE FALSIFIED FORWARDED EMAILS AND CRIME SCENE PHOTOS AND DUBBED INTERVIEWS AND INTERVIEW WITH NOT IN ANYWAY MS. FISHER AGAIN, WTHECK IS THAT, NOT ME AS YOU CAN SEE LOOKING AT THE REST OF THIS OF COURSE OR ANYTHING OTHER THAN THE ABOVE VERY VERY OBVIOUSLY AS I DESCRIBE AND THAT HAS FOLLOWED ME HOME SINCE RELEASE. I was assaulted by a woman who was ten years older than me, with a couple of children at the time and substance abuse problems, she had a face like a horse that drinks actually and as a police sketch and looked nothing like the woman in the evidence I was sent here, she must have been 175 pounds at the lightest. She had a long face and I think blue or hazel blue eyes deep lines around her mouth and shoulder length blonde hair that was permed and dyed and very heavy bangs that couldn’t be pulled back. She was again an overweight larger person and at least about 25 pounds overweight and she had multiple priors also for serious substance abuse. She was the male’s, who was definitely driving his truck, he tried to say he wasn’t because he was very intoxicated in every police report at the scene and had no driver’s license as I understand it, ex-wife’s best friend. I was a 126 pound, completely normal sober good looking 29-year old college coed. I had hair past my waist, which was up in a high pony tail which she grabbed me by and tackled me, and defensive cuts matching this and torn clothing and they admit, or at least the male does and he has priors it turns out for everything from aggravated assault to drugs again and had an active restraining order against him for assault and battery and terroristic threats and harassing communications also there is a lot of evidence that they were high at the scene, not on just marijuana either, so there is really no arguing that I was assaulted by them, being a completely sane, normal, sober person, which they also would have probably admitted to if any sort of normal process of investigation or legal system had happened there, right away and probably did again I just got kidnapped by the guys in the falsified evidence, these two above were not seen really again throughout the case. I didn’t think to think METH but that appears to have been the drug problem or part of them, because meth WAS SO FAR OUT OF MY FRAME OF REFERENCE AT THE TIME AS TO SOMETHING UPPER MIDDLE CLASS BACKGROUND PEOPLE DO. It also looks like HEROIN again SO FAR OUT OF MY REFERENCE REALLY. I THINK MR. CRIDER STARTED USING IT IN DIFFERENT AREAS LIKE THE WEST COAST LIVING. I do know that can be a thing, or as I would reference a farfetched but drug like heroin, don’t you have to use needles yikes but in the northeast even you can buy it as an upper middle class white kid I have heard. I hadn’t seen him for many years at the time of the assault and he really really had gone downhill not that I really saw him during the assault which is the only seeing in person I had in ten years of Mr. Crider. He was very interested in myself online and long distance for the 6 months I was very busy doing other things, talking to him and I knew it was sketchy but thought hey sketchy date what can go wrong in a public place like The Crescent that was on Ghost Hunters. Meth amphetamine I did not even know this I swear 13 years ago, I thought people snorted it but you smoke it duh obviously usually and it is often mixed with marijuana.

When I requested the evidence in the case after an unbelievably horrific and long ordeal, I was sent completely falsified evidence WHICH I KNOW FOR SURE BEING THE PERSON IN THE EVIDENCE AND SITUATION, I was sent crime "scene" photos on a very different much younger and lighter woman that are very very sexual and obviously altered taken with the least expensive digital camera, I am 200% positive of this. I KNOW FOR SURE AGAIN ALL OF THE EVIDENCE IS FALSIFIED. They sent me an interview with a woman who is again a very different woman than the one who assaulted me, they sent me a dubbed, very obviously so, nonsensical, again interview with myself, and they sent me forwarded emails that all say forwarded at the top that read like a heavy breathing phone call from a male sex offender that I know I didn't write. They are all completely falsified and very very obviously so and again very very sexual and masculine. I have included all of this evidence on Dropbox. Please look at it.

All of the falsified evidence is lurid, low functioning, handicapped, sexual, obvious and very easy to prove and NOTHING I COULD HAVE HAD ANYTHING TO DO WITH? THEY HAVE ALSO EXTORTED TEN’s OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS FROM MY FAMILY MOST RECENTLY THEY JUST OUT COLD STOLE A BRAND NEW FRESH OFF THE LOT $25,000 HONDA CIVIC. I have been getting stalked unbelievably badly for so many many years in so many many as described and documented terrible terrible ways like ALL OF THEM, I again know for sure, locally here in NC and on the internet. I was getting constant back off and stop reporting us threats on the internet, my apartment had/s been broken into multiple multiple time and then just hey all the time regularly, then it randomly burnt down for absolutely no reason right after I had spent all Spring and Summer of 2015 hysterically on the phone with all the local and Arkansas and Federal authorities incredibly upset as to the evidence here but break ins break ins break ins and stalking. I had been tailgated and run off the road and end of summer of 2015 I came home to my apartment building a blazing inferno for no reason. Included pictures.

They threaten, harass and stalk me constantly through the state services with threats to take me back which they have already done twice already.

No one will investigate, even with the very obvious and easy to prove evidence. All they have to do is verify the woman’s identity by some form of unalterable verification of who she is. She obviously isn’t a naked 28-year-old and the other evidence I am trying to get the authorities to investigate is also just as blatantly obvious. It’s extremely corrupt as far as government goes. It’s an absolute hell. There is no functioning legal system, even with piles of the most ridiculous proof and evidence it’s no one’s department or jurisdiction, no one will investigate public corruption, I am just under the jurisdiction of the people in Carroll County that committed the crime against me absolutely no matter what, because I was forced to plea bargain out as powerlessly as possible LIKE NO POWER OVERALL WHATSOEVER might have well been tied up in the trunk throughout here by total criminal monsters which, GET IT ON THE PHONE ALL OF IT ALL IT, IT IS. It’s the most corrupt nightmare. My life is a failed state nightmare, I can get no protection or justice.

I was a completely ordinary, very attractive young woman, who had just graduated from college and had been managing a makeup counter at Belk’s. Now I am just the victim of the most monstrous crime that I can get no end to much less justice for. No one will investigate the most blatant, obvious and criminal forms of public corruption by one of the thousands of public officials in a hundred counties. I did absolutely nothing here. Please read the two enclosed reports and then look at the evidence on the CD. It is exactly like I say. I went from being a very attractive happy young woman from a very well-off family as to extorting tens of thousands of dollars from and stealing a brand new fresh off the lot car with just total criminal entitlement, intent and audacity but I went from being a beautiful happy completely nice normal sane law-abiding young women with bright prospects and her whole life ahead of her to falling down a horrific criminal rabbit hole. Please as a representative of the American government could you send this evidence to someone who would make sure that it is investigated and prosecuted.

Please have someone in your office contact me. Please follow through with this, and make sure yourselves that this evidence, what I know for sure, that all of this evidence is falsified, is investigated and verified and that these criminal monsters are prosecuted and that safety, justice, sanity and the American legal system are restored here. Please don’t ignore this and make sure that this case is investigated and the evidence tampering, and everything else is proven and then prosecuted.

I am positive that I did absolutely nothing. Substance abusers with a lot of arrests for drugs, assault and violence who were high at the scene assaulted me ACCORDING TO THE EVIDENCE I HAVE HERE. I used an appropriate amount of force as to how badly I was being attacked and barely scratched them actually I know I didn’t even scratch them I made NO CONTACT WITH THEIR SKIN WHATSOEVER THROUGH END OF FEBRUARY MARCH WINTER CLOTHES UHH AS TO THE “CRIME SCENE” PHOTOS HERE but I am positive I MADE NO CONTACT WITH THEM OR THEIR SKIN I WAS JUST WAVING THE KNIFE AT THEM to get them off and away from me me. The small pocketknife I had was six years old and about as sharp as a steak knife, I had used it to open up clam shells at the beach and cut through branches. I really hike every other day with my dog, I am and have been an avid long-distance hiker and traveler and had carried it for years all the time. I have lived all over the world in Tokyo Japan and Singapore with my family who lives in the Research Triangle Park Raleigh area with Silicon Valley companies, if you look at my addresses on public record I was all over Colorado and Northern New Mexico and traveling back and forth to North Carolina and Colorado, I have addresses for the summer in NC and then back again next college semester to Colorado. I would have had to been wielding a butcher knife or some kind of construction saw on a woman in a bathing suit upside down who isn’t obviously over 34 at the very oldest on the woman here. Anyone with five minutes of police experience can just glance at this and see it’s all wrong. I know of course all of the evidence is falsified. My name is Lauren Gay Casper and I am the victim of the most horrific and life destroying crime at the hands of public officials in Carroll County Arkansas and Wake County North Carolina. I have irrefutable, beyond any shadow of a doubt proof of evidence tampering/ falsification, kidnapping, extortion and the worst kinds of criminal and insane public corruption but I can’t get anyone to investigate the very obvious and easy to prove evidence that I have. I was sent completely falsified evidence, ODD AS THAT SOUNDS THIS IS THE VERY EASY TO PROVE CASE. I HAVE INCLUDED THE EVIDENCE HERE, IT IS SO OVER THE TOP OBVIOUSLY FALSIFIED AND BY A DISEASE OR DEFECTED MENTALLY ILL SEX OFFENDING MALE THAT THERE IS JUST NO NOT SEEING AND UNDERSTANDING IT AS SUCH. Please use this case as a way to map, because it is such an easy and over the top case of just purely criminal corruption and offending as brutal and audacious as possible but the case and extremely easy to prove, but use this case as a way to investigate the rest of the horrific crime, evil and corruption I faced, endured and endured as a totally nice ordinary normal completely innocent law abiding, college educated, sober, completely sane women, I have never had any mental health problems outside of THE GUY THAT FALSIFIED THE EVIDENCE HERE AS I TRY TO REPORT THEM SAYING I DO. I am an upper middle class, world traveled, no one has ever called the police about me in my life but still INVESTIGATE IT FOR YOUR SELF THE CORRUPTION IN THE STATES INFRASTRUCTURE HERE AS TO OPERATIONS AND PEOPLE AND THINGS HARBORED IN IT IS LOCKED DOWN NO MATTER WHAT AND BEYOND EVIL AND WILL OFFEND ANYWHERE with no concern because there is no where to get higher authority actually, they just want to lie and defame you and make you disappear and it is with the lowest and most twisted malice and personal offending intent and interaction as you have all seen in my many years documenting everything. There is nowhere to actually get help and they will just take you and no one would normally know? But PROVE IT FOR YOURSELF, EVERYONE IN ALL LAW ENFORCEMENT, COURTS, WATCHDOGS, UNIVERSITIES, JOURNALISM, GOVERNMENT, INDIVIDUALS ETC. Prove the level of horrific lowest offending criminal corruption that these men that have committed all this crime against myself have operated under all these years as I try to report the most ridiculous evil just CRIME here. For everyone who has gotten this throughout, I started sending this out and as soon as I got the evidence here in 2013 I took it to every office in the Wake County Courts, the local law enforcement, probation office, FBI, every office in Arkansas and I was told by every office that they could not even look at this evidence in the most corrupt and criminal low ways that it was NO SERIOUSLY A STATES RIGHTS ISSUE UHH? TEST THIS FOR YOURSELF EVERYONE CALL AROUND WITH MY CASE AND INVESTIGATE BECAUSE IT IS SUCH A RIDICULOUS, HORRIFIC AND EASY TO PROVE ONE, but it was a closed case and it wasn’t their jurisdiction and I have been as roughly, criminally and offendingly retaliated against as possible as I have documented for everyone throughout. Of course, by 2015 EVERYONE ON THE PLANET OR AMERICAN GOVERNMENT RELATED FIELDS, I HAD SENT THEM A COPY, HAD A COPY OF THIS.

I of course know all the evidence is falsified and that I did nothing at all, a man I did not know and a woman ten years older than myself assaulted me who it turns out are repeat adult offenders with serious drug problems and I did nothing. I know for sure of course and have since day one, I am a very normal law-abiding sober ordinary woman who has never been in a physical fight even. I know I was being assaulted and I was trying to get my purse and things that had been knocked out of my purse onto the ground and I had these two meth and heroin or something junkies attacking me. I did not know the man past any point or had any interest in him, he’s not a good-looking man, very average joe at best to very homely and a dirty crackhead now. I had lived in Colorado from 2002 to 2007 and was simply traveling back there, these people are so strange in the state but they do checks and there are public records of myself in Colorado from 2002 to Summer 2007. I like Colorado better as an area to live, uhh how has Raleigh NC been in this yikes but my family lives in Raleigh. But I had $4000 dollars in the bank in cash from working, a credit card of course with a $2000 limit on it and I was getting $200 a week in unemployment at the time of the assault. Also my father as you can see made $300,000 a year for years, I am actually a well off woman. I had graduated college with great grades from NC State. I had an apartment where a friend had lived in the Boulder Co area picked out I had called and I knew exactly how much it cost and that it was fine and in a good neighborhood. I just knew Mr. Crider from Facebook and many years before and of course had not thought about him once in the many years. He had sent me a friends request on Facebook and when I had known him through a college we were in together in Southern Pines 9 years before he had lived next to a golf course in a $500,000 house like myself and family and his father taught business and accounting math part time at the school we in together because his father had an MBA. I couldn’t tell at the time we were in school together almost ten years before, he was majoring in business math and golf and sports management but he is practically deformed and definitely now has physical handicaps but when he was 20, the last time I had had any in person or any at all prior to the six months we had been communicating before the 2010 assault you can’t tell who is awkward and going grow out of it and who is a mildly handicapped drug user. They gave him a super macho makeover in the sex offending falsified evidence here but he was a drippy, not attractive with like some physical deformities he might grow out of, somewhat quiet, strange and relatively sober, creepy a bit guy maybe he seemed more sober because his father was at the school and he was just getting into drugs at 20. He lied completely about his drug use, I do no drugs and I did not think of heroin and meth because it’s like crack cocaine or something to me involves needles right? or very low-class taboo. But apparently, he had become a heroin junkie and is mildly handicapped even, he was like deformed looking slightly at 20 and strange but and the woman he was divorcing at the time that in all ordinary appropriate, because I was busy working, finishing college and was a beautiful happy nice normal young woman and did not have anything to do with the guy really personally, but in all conversation in 2009 nope he and his very obviously handicapped and physically deformed, she has a pronounced hair lip and facial deformities it turned out, then divorcing ex-wife it was a real relationship but they were just friends and she was a good person but she is physically handicapped quite and deformed and she is very obviously a handicapped substance user.
